Once again, I wish to thank you and your staff at Fox Bindery for making "the impossible Happen". We all realize that the pressures of deadlines can be extreme at times. It seems that whenever we are in such a tight situation, your group manages to figure out a way to "make it happen". Over the past 3 months there have been at least 4 occasions when your firm has turned out large, complex, bindery work, on schedules that have been compressed at least 50%. It is a tribute to your organization that this was accomplished while still maintaining the highest levels of quality. These projects involved foil stamping, die cutting, glue folding, stitching, and assembly. Your company is well equipped to provide all of these services with a high level of quality.

Fox Bindery has helped LPT receive very impressive compliments from some of our largest customers. You deserve to share in these accolades. I have spoken individually with some of the Fox people who handled these projects, but I feel you need to be aware of what I consider to be your greatest asset...your people.
